GOALS:

To hire and onboard 135 customer service and 140 Inbound sales representatives within 75 days across 10 cities in 3 key states Candidates need to be hired in a batch of 25 starting at defined weekly deadlines.

CHALLENGES:

  • These representatives were to be hired by defined dates and onboarded in prefixed batches by position and city/state, all
    within 75 days
  • This led to multiple combination of batches to be successfully hired within defined time frame
  • Also included locations-based profiles were also seasonal (only for 3 months). This added additional variable in candidate
    selection
  • 40 hrs of mandatory (at premise) training was a pre-requisite for the inbound sales positions
  • A large candidate pipeline needed to be created and managed to meet the goal of batch size by location
  • Weekly targets needed to be met to meet the deadlines for batch hire/start dates

SOLUTION:

A stage wise and specialized team was deployed to effectively create a large pipeline, hand hold candidates through stages, reduce fall out ratios and meet the volume and timelines.

    (adept at client ATS).
  • Social media platforms were leveraged along with leading job boards to ensure wider candidate reach & profiling
